- 8 thick slices of sliced bread
- 300g brie cheese
- 120g of Iberian ham
- 30g black truffle
Cut the Brie cheese and place it on top of one of the bread slices.
Place the Iberian ham on top of the brie cheese and add half of the sliced black truffle.
Heat a frying pan with butter, and add the closed toasty. Let it toast a little on one side, and do the same on the other.
Finally, serve and grate the rest of the black truffle over the top.
